With our state-of-the-art facilities we have the capacity and expertise to produce prototype and low-volume tooling with a fast turn-around, reducing lead times and costs.
We can also produce tooling for high volume production, using pre-toughened, high-quality P20 steel. Multi-cavity tooling is available for enhanced production.

Tooling can be carried out in various materials:
- Aluminium / Epoxy Resin Tooling – for prototype stage
Very low volume development / production tooling ideal for hundreds to thousands of parts of varying complexity. This process offers more scope for modifying tooling later if required
- Aluminium tooling – for prototype, trial run or low volume production
Low volume development / production tooling ideal for hundreds to thousands of parts of varying complexity. This process offers more scope for modifying tooling later if required.
- P20 Steel tooling for high volume production
High volume production tooling for injection or blow moulded components. Offering fully automated tooling, normally with multiple cavities to keep part costs low. This process incurs a higher tooling cost, but typically a lower part cost.
Finishing
We offer various mould tool finishing, ranging from polished surface finishes through to a selection of VDI surface finishes.
