At Gemini Prototyping we’ve recognised that the production of mould tools is the most important key core capability of the business and so have invested £115,000 in a new Hurco VMX 42DI milling machine to help us achieve greater business growth.

The new machine will allow us to reduce mould production time by 55% enabling us to attract more business and compete against overseas competition. The machine has the capability to create £1.5 millions of tooling per year resulting in the creation of five new jobs over the next four years and safeguarding six existing jobs

Customers will benefit from us being able to further reduce lead times getting their product to market.
